In order to implement order № 583 “On Introduction of Unified Industrial Procurement Standard of ROSATOM State Corporation” dated 21 August 2009, the Unified Industrial Procurement Standard of ROSATOM State Corporation was introduced in TENEX since November 2009.
Compliance with the principles of sustainable development and promotion of the UN Sustainable Development Goals before 2030 is a prerequisite for the implementation of the strategic objectives of the «Sales and Trading» Division. By applying a risk-based approach and the precautionary principle, the organizations within the «Sales and Trading» Division take a responsible approach to the management of their economic, social, and environmental impacts.
The integration of sustainable development principles into operations is ensured through regulation, control, and improvement of processes, including through the development of staff competencies and awareness of sustainable development issues.
Regarding sustainable development, the organizations of the Division follow the universally recognized documents, primarily those adopted under the UN and ratified by the Russian Federation: the UN International Bill of Human Rights, the conventions of the International Labour Organization, the UN Global Compact, the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, etc.
TENEX has adopted key local industry regulations in the field of sustainable development, including the Unified Industry Policy of ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation and its organizations in the field of sustainable development.

In order to determine the degree of customer satisfaction within the framework of the quality management system, an annual survey of foreign customer companies is carried out. Feedback results indicate that overall product quality, communications and supply chain sustainability meet their expectations. The recommendations and comments received during the survey on individual contract performance indicators were taken into account by the Company, and appropriate corrective and preventive measures were developed and implemented. The Company's customer focus and attention to partners' proposals create conditions for long-term constructive cooperation.
