The Unified Industrial Procurement Standard of ROSATOM State Corporation (UIPS) was introduced in TENEX in November 2009. Observation of UIPS is mandatory when carrying out procurements of goods, works and services for the needs of the State Corporation, its joint stock companies (including the subsidiaries and affiliates of the latter), its affiliated FSUEs and agencies.

Since 1 January 2013, procurements from own funds and extrabudgetary resources are carried out by TENEX in compliance with the Federal Law № 223 “On Procurements of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities” dated 18 July 2011.
